Most on-line stores claim to have a huge inventory but still some how fail to deliver their products on time like they promise. That's why we deal with several distributors, this works to your advantage because if one of our distributors is out of stock on an item we simply use the other and this is also beneficial to our customers because we have less over head and can sell to you for a larger discounted price in most cases. Some products listed are drop shipped directly from manufacturing companies to your address and in some instances there may be a delay in shipping of up to 5 days due to the number of items they have to ship out of their warehouses. Refund Policy: No refunds on turbo kits, intercoolers, wheels, exhaust systems, down pipes, brake kits, coil over kits, special orders or electronic parts. Waivers on this policy can be reviewed on an individual basis with our management staff. Tax: Sales Tax will be added to all Florida Residents at a rate of 6%. We are not responsible for international Taxes! Shipping: Shipping is based on the total price of items ordered. This will be shown in the order basket at time of check out, International orders will be calculated then added to the total price. Return Policy: No returns without a RMA (return material authorization). 25% restocking fee applies. A 20% cancellation fee applies to ANY cancelled order.
